Exporting existing Adobe Connect recordings and then importing them to another AC server (for OUAS staff)

Fetch the existing recording to be imported to another server:

You can retrieve all the files from a Connect Pro recording using the following steps:

1) You must have full rights on the recording in question in order to be able to fetch the files.

2) Open the recording you want to export.

3) At the end of the recording URL (=the web address), add


4) Save the zip file on your computer

NB. If you have included external files to the meeting, those are not included in the zip, so you have to save them separately and then import them as well.

Import the recording to another server

To import your recording to a Connect Pro server, you have to create a new content item and then upload the entire zip file there.
