How to deposit money to your SafeQ account (for printing)

NB. Oamk will change the printing service from Konica-Minolta to Canon in 1/9/2020. Don’t buy more printing credits than you can use before the change: the credits will not transfer to the new system and there will be no refunds.

As an Oamk student, you can use the SafeQ print queue.

If you run out of your account balance, you can deposit more money to your account:

  1. Go to https://safeq.oamk.fi/
    (NB! You have to be in the Oamk network or connected to it via VPN)
  2. Log in using your students account.
  3. In the default view (dashboard) you can see your account balance in the left corner.
  4. Choose the ”Deposit money” link  (see image 1)

  5. Set the amount you want to add to your balance: it has to be at least 5 euros (see image 2).
  6. Press the ”Proceed to payment gateway” button (see image 2).

  7. In the next view (see image 3) you can now choose the payment method: choose the (Finnish) bank from the list or your credit card and you will then be taken to the payment site of your bank or in case of credit cards, to the Paytrail service.

  8. You can now see the new balance on your account if the transaction took place as intended.
